Did you know that children can see 3-D images at 6 months?
Or that they can watch objects that are moving fast at 12 months?
Then they can focus on objects from near to far at 18-24 months!
And finally they can see 20/20 near age 3.
Children’s eye exam can help find out if they are meeting the milestones for visual developments. As learning is 80% visual, proper development of the visual system can help them learn.
Otherwise, if their tracking, saccadic eye movements, eye teaming, or focusing are affected, their learning can be affected too.
Children can get their eyes checked once a year and ensure they have the right tools to enjoy learning.
Our Optometrist sees children for vision and health check from six months and onwards. The best time to check is before they start JK, then once a year.
