I think all Optometrists have told their patients to wear dailies for one day only and throw them out at the end of the day. What about you? How do you wear your contacts?
Read up here on what not to do with contacts:
- Stretch your contact lens from 1 day, 2 weeks, or 1 month recommended time longer.
- Wear your contacts in the shower, hot tub, swimming pool, or the ocean.
- Wet or clean your lenses with your saliva.
What to do to protect your eyes with contacts?
Get them checked at least once yearly by an Optometrist to make sure you are still good for contacts with changing environments, digital fatigue and possible dry eyes.
