Vision And Balance
Our sense of balance comes from vision and the hair cells inside our ear canals agreeing with each other on where we are. It's sometimes call vision and vestibular interaction. The hair cells sense where we are. If our neck or head movement is affected, it might have an error in sensing where we are, and result in an error in the vestibular system.
However, if our visual sensory is affected, such as in a concussion, or a whiplash, the vision may not agree with the vestibular system. And it can lead to dizziness, vertigo and balance problems too.
Our visual sensory includes eye sight, fields and fusion. If our vision is blurred, there is tunnel vision or constricted kinetic fields, or poor fusion or deption perception, we feel off balance too.

Treatment for vision and balance problem:
Brain based lenses with prism, Da Silva lenses, tints, syntonic light therapy, and neuro vision rehabiliation would help to re-integrate the visual system. Then we can work on integrating vision and the vestibular system.
In neuro optometric vision rehab, the lenses would be great at improving the rehab outcome. It improves our patients quality of life significantly with the joint therapy.
